Paradigm Precision Appoints Ronojoy Ghosh Vice President Business Development

Manchester, CT – Paradigm Precision, a global manufacturer of complex fabrication and precision machined components for gas turbine engines, today announced that Ronojoy Ghosh has been named Vice President Business Development reporting to Paradigm President and CEO Steve Croke. Mr. Ghosh, who began his duties on June 15th, is based in company headquarters in Manchester, CT.

Mr. Ghosh most recently served as General Manager, Global Engine Systems, Aero Nozzles and Aero Blades & Vanes in the Engine and Environmental Control Systems business unit of UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS).

Paradigm CEO Steve Croke said, “We are pleased to welcome Ronojoy to Paradigm. He shares our vision and his experience uniquely positions him to lead Paradigm’s business development efforts. Ronojoy will be a great addition to our senior leadership team.”

Prior to working at UTAS, Mr. Ghosh was with McKinsey & Company, advising clients on business growth, market penetration strategy and operations transformation efforts at leading industrial manufacturing, basic materials, telecommunications, chemicals and automotive companies.

Mr. Ghosh earned a PhD and Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University.  He also holds a Bachelors of Technology degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.
